Additions:
if you want eclipse to exclude ignore config files from subversion svn checkins then edit
%%~/.subversion/config%%
and add a global ignores parameter to ignore and prevent the local eclipse config files from being checked into subversion
Deletions:
if you want to exclude ignore eclipse config files from subversion checkins then edit ~user/.subversion/config and add a global ignores parameter to ignore and prevent all the local eclipse config files from being checked into subversion
