Norton Ghost

I use Norton Ghost to backup my machines and for P2V and V2P purposes.

Make sure you get at least Norton Ghost 2003

I normally make a combo boot floppy or CD-R with both CD (native) and network drivers :
  1. Make a CD/DVD boot floppy(s)
  2. Make a Peer-to-peer (P2P) boot floppy
  3. Copy \NET from folder from P2P floppy onto CD/DVD floppy
  4. Copy extra lines from P2P config.sys into CD/DVD floppy
  5. Copy extra lines from P2P autoexec.bat into CD/DVD floppy
  6. Test Boot from COMBO floppy (this should create mouse.ini)
  7. Make a bootable CD from both CD/DVD boot floppy(s)

GhostAutoexec
GhostConfig

Make two of these, put one in each PC and then use network peer-to-peer ghosting
