Xubuntu Printing

You will need to use the web gui of the CUPS (Common UNIX Printing System).

Run System | Users and Groups | Groups

1. Check Show all users and groups
2. Select the group shadow and click Properties.
3. Add the user cupsys to the shadow group.

Restart CUPS with this command:

Run FireFox and goto

Add your local and remote printers as per the CUPS documentation
